Adriana Lima’s Insanely Simple Breakfast Smoothie Will Be Your New Go-To

Adriana Lima and the other Victoria’s Secret models certainly know how to keep themselves in top shape. From their workout tips to what appears on their plates (or in this case, cups), they’re pretty darn generous when it comes to sharing their fine-bod-maintaining secrets. Keeping that track record strong, Adriana has shared with us the morning smoothie she enjoys that includes three simple ingredients that you might not expect.

While chatting with Vogue, Adriana shared some advice from her personal workout methods (CrossFit, boxing, running and biking), as well as her skincare tips (moisturizing body cream or oil and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!), but it’s her morning smoothie that is a little unusual and something you’ll totally want to try.

In order to give her bod a metabolism boost right from the start, she takes the “meat” of a fresh avocado (the yummy soft bit) and pops it in a blender with about one cup of water. Add a bit of honey to taste, give it a blend and it’s ready to go down. If she’s looking for something a little heavier, Adriana swaps the water for yogurt and again, you have a delicious morning smoothie that will get ya moving.
