— 3 eggs

— 2 Tablespoons bourbon

— 1/4 cup vegetable oil

— 1/2 cup water

— powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the bacon on the parchment in a single layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool. Chop bacon into small pieces and set aside.

2. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix together the red velvet cake mix, eggs, bourbon, vegetable oil and water. Spoon batter into a greased mini donut pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

3. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar with a few tablespoons of water to make a glaze for your donuts. Dip each donut in glaze and then dip in bacon pieces. Enjoy!
