Described as a pocket-sized personal trainer, Breezing tracks your metabolism over time and creates a diet and exercise plan specific to you. What you might not realize is that your metabolism is what tells you how many calories you need to lose, gain, or maintain weight. Using your specific metabolic information, Breezing gives you customized advice on how to reach your weight goals.
But how does it work? To measure your metabolism, simply breathe into the Breezing. The information is sent wirelessly to your phone via Bluetooth and shows up automatically in the Breezing mobile app.
Once in the app, Breezing delivers all sorts of helpful info! First, your Resting Energy Expenditure. This is your resting metabolic rate – meaning it shows you how quickly you naturally burn calories in a given day. Next is the Respiratory Quotient. This tells you whether your body is burning carbs, fats, or a mix of both. This will help inform how you might want to adjust your diet to your body. Your Weight History is pretty self-explanatory – it’s a way for you to track your progress, whether your goal is to gain, lose, or maintain your current weight.
