16 Red Carpet Looks to Steal from Your Favorite Country Stars

The CMT Music Awards just gave country chic a whole new meaning. As we observed last night, the stars set aside those beloved cowboy boots and opted for high heels, along with a beautiful array of gowns and dresses. While these red carpet outfits are all unique, there’s one thing they all have in common: You can rock them too! Keep reading for 16 stylin’ ways for you to get the looks of your favorite country stars.

1. Strapless Color Block Gown ($399): Co-host Brittany Snow looked amazing in this monochromatic gown. Since cutouts are still as rad as ever, we decided to swap out that slit for a hint of midriff. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

2. Catherine Cape Dress ($88): Nashville actress Aubrey Peeples wholeheartedly embraced the superhero trend with this glamorous cape dress. Not only does a cape add a bit of interest to an otherwise simple LBD, but it’s also tremendously fun to wear. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

3. Lace Overlay Cutout Maxi Dress ($81): Lace can sometimes veer too matronly, so overlays are the perfect solution. Although Cassadee Pope’s choice ended above the knees, this maxi dress would be great for summer. (Photo via Rick Diamond/Getty)

4. Crisscross Back Crepe Jumpsuit ($28): It’s been forever since Jamie Lynn Spears was on Zoey 101, but we’re still jealous of her style. Britney’s little sis proved that jumpsuits are back again for the summer, and we’re so grateful for it. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

5. Midi Cutout Dress ($215): This white hot look just put co-host Erin Andrews on our style monitor. A single cutout can do wonders. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

6. Curve Embellished Mono Shift Dress ($155): The Voice alumna Danielle Bradbery adopted Beyoncé’s sheer and embellished look, and it definitely worked for her. Since the sheer aspect might feel a bit out of place at our get-togethers, we opted to draw inspiration from the beautiful embellishment instead. (Photo via Larry Busacca/Getty)

7. Lush Floral Tea Dress ($24): Florals for summer? Still groundbreaking, Ms. Priestly. New artist Cam definitely turned heads in her Dolce + Gabbana midi. (Photo via Larry Busacca/Getty)

8. Lace Overlay Sheath Dress ($51): By now, it’s no surprise that Jenna Dewan-Tatum is a rockstar on the red carpet. She, too, chose a lace overlay, but we especially love the unique striped element to the dress. (Photo via Larry Busacca/Getty)

9. Blush Knit Strapless Jumper ($99): Laura Bell Bundy is a woman of many talents. In addition to both acting and singing, she can also rock a fully neutral jumpsuit like no other. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

10. Curve Jumper With Off Shoulder Ruffle ($54): Singing competition shows must also be training their stars to be red carpet goddesses, because American Idol runner-up Kree Harrison looked fabulous last night. We really love the revived off-shoulder trend. (Photo via Rick Diamond/Getty)

11. Crawford Bodycon Dress ($209): Seriously, cutouts aren’t going anywhere, and Kimberly Perry (of The Band Perry) knows it. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

12. Sequined Sheath Dress ($189): While a plain sequin dress could end up boring on such a diverse red carpet, Lindsay Ell’s look was far from that. In fact, her ‘fit really captured the fun and jazziness of the entire night. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

13. Embellished Armour Skater Dress ($172): The ever talented Carrie Underwood broke records yesterday, with 13 CMT awards now under her belt. We’re huge fans of embellished dresses too, and this one could easily be worn to a daytime or nighttime party. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

14. Tropicana Cutout Dress ($118): Singer Meghan Linsey seems to be a fan of colorful floral prints, and we can’t blame her. We drew from the orange accent on her gown and found this magnificent midi, complete with that midriff cutout we all know and love. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

15. Marie Sheer Pleated Pants ($27): Brandi Glenn Cyrus definitely made a name for herself on the red carpet with this edgy ensemble. More than anything, we really liked the sheer skirt portion of her dress, and ran even further with it. (Photo via Rick Diamond/Getty)

16. Notched Strapless Mini Dress ($52): Rumer Willis recently won Season 20 of Dancing with the Stars, and she also won our hearts over in this simple midi. It’s incredibly versatile and flattering on everyone. (Photo via Larry Busacca/Getty)
