This is what we love about frittatas: They’re a great way to get rid of all those random items left in our fridges by the end of the week. Plus, they’re super simple to make. We’ve been on the lookout for the best frittata recipes around, and we’re pretty confident we found them all. Whip them up for an unforgettable weekend brunch, or create a spectacular breakfast-for-dinner meal that the entire family will love.
