Starbucks, America's favorite coffee chain, is now available at 8,000 feet. It's new mountaintop location in Squaw Valley, California (one of our favorite local resorts) is the first of its kind to offer ski bunnies a ski in/ski out latte experience.
As shown in the video above, you can literally ski up to the window to order your drink and ski off with it in hand. Just be sure to hold onto your poles at the same time.

"We look forward to serving our signature espresso and coffee beverages to the thousands of skiers and riders at Squaw Valley through our first-ever ski-in/ski-out Starbucks location," Doug Satzman, vice president of channel development-branded solutions for Starbucks, told OnTheSnow.com.
What kind of implications might this have for other ski resorts across the country? When will we see the first McDonlad's on a mountaintop? Chime in on the comments below with your thoughts on whether this is a great idea or a restaurant chain fail waiting to happen.
