Duchess Kate is making the rounds in favor of her mental health charities Place2Be and Heads Together, and let us be the first to say, she looks great. Not that we’re surprised: This is the woman, after all, who looks amazing even when she’s in workout gear or wearing a butterfly clip. But it’s the way she’s championing her latest closet staple that has our attention.
Kate loves a skirt suit. Yesterday, she attended an assembly at Mitchell Brooks Primary School wearing a very business formal Luisa Spagnoli red skirt suit featuring a Peter Pan collar, contrasting buttons and a bow belt.
Later that evening, she changed into another skirt suit to attend the Guild of Health Writers Conference at Chando House with husband Prince William. This time, a magenta pleated pouf style from Oscar de la Renta with a matching peplum jacket and Gianvito Rossi black pumps. Also worth noting: It was the first time that the duchess has ever worn the American brand.
