Let’s face it — after all those playdates, kids’ toys can contain more grime and germs than the underside of a trash can. Okay, it’s not really that bad, but it’s probably close. For ages, I’ve been trying to figure out how to clean kids toys in a way that’s effective but doesn’t require hours with a toothbrush and elbow grease. I finally saw this idea involving a laundry bag. Genius!
Throw the bag in the laundry (with your towels, to eliminate noise — learned that one the hard way). It’s that easy, and it leaves toys fresh and clean. Just be sure to only use toys that are big enough to not slip through the mesh holes. It’s that easy.
