Lululemon Spent Two Years Developing Their Brand-New Sports Bra

Everyone’s favorite yoga tights and leggings company, Lululemon, launched a bra today that took TWO whole years to develop. Meet your new fave sports bra that’s comfortable enough for every day — the Enlite ($98).

Made from a new, high performance fabric called Ultralu, the bra is stretchy and lightweight. Plus, it comes in three colors: Magnum, a taupe purple hue; Marvel, a deep plummy maroon; and classic Black.

The brand began to focus on engineering the bra back in 2015. Every detail is intentional, like the sewn-in, encapsulated cups that help to soften bounce for the ladies who are more endowed. But at the same time, this technology won’t restrict the movement of breasts like a regular sports bra does. In fact, the entire objective of the Enlite is that it aims to let you move with “superior comfort, and no distractions.”
