Meet Our Makers: The Brit + Co. Shop Edition

Psst! Did you hear the news? You can now shop on Brit + Co! Yep, the new Brit + Co. Shop is HERE and we couldn’t be more excited. We’ve loved getting to know the makers in our community, and we want to help you learn more about them, too! So without further ado, here are five of our favorite makers that you can find in the new shop!

White Whale – Durham, NC

Makers: Dave + Corey

“Welcome to the flavor disco.”

Dave and Corey are here to get your cocktail party started. Their line of bold cocktail mixers are made with a unique blend of exotic juices and herbs… and we’re totally obsessed with them. Combine your mixer of choice with a spirit and a garnish, and you’ve got yourself a simple (and delicious!) craft cocktail. Get ready. Your place is about to become the hottest speakeasy in town.

Voz Collective – Orange, CA

Makers: Lauren + Jackie

“To us, making is freedom.”

We’re seriously swooning over all of the bright and colorful jewelry from Lauren and Jackie of Voz Collective. Each one of their wooden pieces is stained, stenciled, painted and glossed by hand to produce a one-of-a-kind creation. They’re also super versatile. Dress them up with a LBD or wear them with jeans and a tee. Summer style, here you come!

Capital Eyewear – San Francisco, CA

Maker: Steven

“Making is the most satisfying thing in the world.”

Y’all already know how much we love Capital Eyewear. This independent eyeglass design and manufacturing studio is based right down the street from us in SF. Each pair of their shades are handmade from start to finish in their SOMA studio, and it shows! Hook yourself up with some new sunnies today—we all know a pair of shades is the best warm weather accessory ;)

Pigeon Toe – Portland, OR

Maker: Lisa

“My job is equal parts student, dreamer, and sculptor. I couldn’t ask for more.”

Real talk: Lisa’s handmade ceramics (dubbed “heirlooms for the modern home”) are downright gorgeous. We especially love her naturally imperfect and playful designs. Oh, and did we mention that she has a line of home goods AND a jewelry line? We’ll take one of everything, please!

My Dear Fellow Co. – Dallas, TX

Makers: Samantha + Aaron

“Craftsmanship is an inspired passion.”

We can’t get enough of the cards and prints from My Dear Fellow Co. This Dallas-based husband and wife team have had us head over heels for their watercolor style and jewel tone colors since day one. The kicker? All of their goods are printed on FSC-certified, 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Now that’s a “paper” good reason to add one (or more!) of their pieces to your cart.

There’s more! Want a free $10 off + free shipping? Sign up HERE and we’ll hook you up on your first purchase!
