This Pendleton-Decorated Airstream Will Inspire Major Vacation Wanderlust
Calling all nature lovers, glamping aficionados and road trip enthusiasts: There’s a new Airstream on the market. The SUPER limited-edition 2016 Pendelton National Park Foundation Airstream Travel Trailer pays homage to two of our favorite things: America’s national parks and a celebration of outdoor adventure.
Airstream is only producing 100 of these beauties to celebrate the centennial of the National Park Service (happy 100th!). Each trailer is meticulously crafted in collaboration with Pendleton Woolen Mills, known for their high-quality wool clothing and blankets.
Plus, for every limited edition travel trailer sold, Airstream will make a $1,000 donation to the National Park Foundation — the official charity of America’s national parks — to help protect and preserve the landscapes and cultural sites we all care about deeply.
Each one of the 100 Airstream trailers includes features that just beg you to soak up the great outdoors, like a rear sport hatch — perfect for taking in jaw-dropping sunsets or loading up bikes and kayaks. Plus, the roomy living spaces feature lodge-like aesthetics and park-inspired Pendleton decor (like super stylish fleece blankets and the chicest dining set we’ve ever laid eyes on) that’ll have you living in nature-inspired luxury. The 28-foot trailer can sleep six people, so you and all of your besties can sleep like queens after a long day filled with adventure.
Hopefully you’ve been saving your pennies for awhile, because this bad boy costs about as much as your first home would. Prices start at a cool $114,600.
The National Park Foundation will use donated funds to support priority preservation projects at Grand Canyon National Park and Glacier National Park. You can learn more about the National Park Service Centennial at FindYourPark.com.
