  • rice flour ( 40g )
  • Psyllium Husk (you can find this in the pharmacy section of your grocery store or on Amazon – it’s usually sold in the digestive health area) ( 20g )

  • baking powder ( 2 tsp )
  • cinnamon ( 1 tsp )
  • egg whites ( 3 )
