How to Make Cheesy Pull-Apart Pizza Muffins

Searching for the perfect weekend plans? Love pizza? (Who doesn’t?!) Invite your crew over and whip up our Cheesy Pull-Apart Pizza Muffins! These guys are super easy to make, and they’re just the thing to have on-hand during a binge-watching session with your favorite peeps. Read on for the recipe!

Ingredients:

— 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

— 1/4 cup olive oil

— 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

— 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

— mini pepperoni

— 1/2 cup sliced black olives

— pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a jumbo muffin tin with nonstick spray. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until combined.

2. Add 5 biscuit pieces into each muffin tin cup. Top with a handful of pepperoni pieces and olive slices. Top with more mozzarella cheese.

3. Bake for 22-24 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!

Add some olive slices to each muffin tin cup. Top with more mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 22-24 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve up your muffins with pizza sauce, red pepper flakes, Parmesan and dried oregano.
