Starbucks knows that spring weather can keep us on our toes — cloudy and cool one moment, then sunny and warm the next. The coffee masters who are just as skilled at keeping us on our toes with their fun ideas like beer and wine along with our coffee and innovations like their top-secret coffee handbook in app form, not to mention exciting new flavors (as well as the mighty hits of caffeine) have done it again with a yummy new drink just in time for our favorite season (ya know, other than summer and fall and winter, too). Get ready, latte-lovin’ ladies, for Caramelized Honey heavenliness.
The new Caramelized Honey Latte is made with slow-cooked caramel honey sauce (yum!) mixed with Starbucks bold espresso (yum!) and topped with steamed milk (yum!) and will be offered as hot, iced or the best of all, in frappuccino form starting tomorrow, March 22.
“One of the things we’re most excited about with the Caramelized Honey Latte is how well it works both hot and iced,” said Starbucks’ Christal Canzler on their website. “It’s perfect for spring weather.” We couldn’t agree more with that idea, although a taste-test will be necessary for us to know for sure. *wink wink sip*
