5 Moves for Sexy Sundress Arms

Sexy, strong arms complete any outfit. We put together five of our favorite moves to help you sculpt your gorgeous upper body. This quick workout will tone your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and upper back, and there’s even some bonus booty work. ;) You’ll feel so strong and glowing after. Get ready to flex!

Go through the circuit three times.

1. Hammer Curl: Sculpts your biceps!

Start with your arms by your sides, palms facing your midline. Curl the weights to your chest. Lower back to start.

Complete 15 reps.

2. Single Arm Bent Over Row + Tricep Kickback: Tones your upper back, triceps, and biceps!

Stand with your right leg slightly bent in front of you, left leg extended behind, left arm holding a weight extended down below your chest, and upper body hinged slightly forward. Pull the weight to your waist so that your arm is bent at the elbow. From here, extend your arm straight back. Reverse the move to start.

Complete 10 reps on each side.

3. Arnold Press: Sculpts your shoulders and upper back!

Start with your arms raised at a 90-degree angle with your palms facing you. Extend your arms straight above your head. When raising your dumbbells, rotate the palms of your hands until they’re facing forward. Return to start by reversing the move.

Complete 15 reps.

4. Bridge Fly (Bonus Booty Toning!): Strengthens your chest and booty!

Begin in a bridge position, laying on your back, knees bent and arms out to the side with a set of dumbbells in your hands. Bring your hips up to the sky and hold them there as you perform a chest fly, bringing weights together in front of your chest. Lower weights back to start. Make sure you keep your hips lifted and booty engaged throughout the move.

Complete 15 reps.

5. Bridge Overhead Tricep Extension (Bonus Booty Toning!): Tones your triceps and booty!

Begin in a bridge position, laying on your back, knees bent, and arms above your head with a set of dumbbells in your hands. Bring your hips up to the sky and hold them there as you perform a tricep extension, bringing weights together, arms extended, then lowering them behind you until your arms form a 90 degree angle. Make sure you keep your hips lifted and booty engaged.

Complete 15 reps.
