Muffins, cookies, ice cream, donuts鈥 we love them all! And they can fit perfectly into your healthy lifestyle. We鈥檝e created tons of healthy, slimming sweets that stick to the principles of our Tone It Up Nutrition Plan. Today, we鈥檙e sharing a few of our absolute favorite delicious treats. Enjoy!

1. Snickerdoodle Muffins: These delicious muffins are perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack, and nothing beats warm cinnamon and vanilla! They鈥檙e so easy to whip up, and you can make a whole batch on Sunday and eat them for the rest of the week. Makes 6 muffins (serving size is 1 muffin)

  • 3鈦4 cup almond meal
  • 3鈦4 cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle (we love McCormick)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1鈦4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1鈦2 cup dates, pitted and soaked in warm water to soften
  • 3鈦4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • coconut oil spray


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Combine all of the wet ingredients, including the dates, in the blender and blend until smooth.

4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

5. Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the muffin tins. Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with a little extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
