Just weeks after Brie Bella experienced a major hospital scare, the WWE star and her hubby, Daniel Bryan, welcomed their baby girl, Birdie Joe Danielson, into the world on May 9. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and the 33-year-old has wasted no time getting back into workout mode, but rather than boasting about her fitness regimen, she’s empowering fellow mamas to keep pregnancy shamers at bay.

Delivering a big dose of reality (just like mama-to-be Heidi Pratt has recently been doing on her new pregnancy podcast), Nikki Bella’s sis posted a selfie to Instagram in which she unapologetically showed off her postpartum belly, complete with emergency C-section scars. “17 days since I’ve given birth and I have zero shame in my postpartum belly!!” she wrote.

The Total Divas star went on to add that she was “Graced with some stretch marks and 20 more pounds to lose,” but that she was “finally able to start a little cardio.” Ultimately, the athlete hopes to eventually make it back into the wrestling ring, though she admits it will be a challenge. “Join me on my journey to getting back my pre-pregnancy body. It’s gonna be a long road but I’m ready!!!”

Bella unveiled the very first episode of her post-baby fitness journey to rejoin the WWE on The Bella Twins YouTube channel, and considering that the clip has already garnered more than 175K views in one day, we’d say she’s going to get pleeeenty of support from her fans. You go girl!
