Just when you thought you were over the whole 鈥淲hat if Disney princesses were on Instagram? Without makeup? Large rocks?鈥 thing, one came out that was too yummy to ignore.

Gorgeously formatted food magazine Lucky Peach produced a recipe for how to make hot dogs that look like the Disney princess pantheon. Since 鈥 as the article put it 鈥 鈥淒isney has never created a princess who was a hot dog (dumb, in our opinion),鈥 the food innovators took it upon themselves to craft Rapunzel, Ariel, Belle and Pocahontas as wieners. Here鈥檚 one picture but you鈥檒l have to go to the original article to see the rest!

They use crafty ingredients like purple onions, American cheese and barbecue sauce to really bring that Disney magic to life. The article itself is also hilarious. You鈥檝e never read top notch journalism until you鈥檝e read the sentence 鈥淐ut a short, one-shouldered dress out of American cheese.鈥

The article concludes that you can enjoy your royal dog by 鈥渋magining them doing all the passive things the original princesses did.鈥 Not to go too deep on a story about weenies but don鈥檛 you think this whole project is making a statement on how women are portrayed as pretty pieces of meat so often in media? Chew on that!
