Dunkin’ Donuts probably isn’t the first place you’d think to go on National French Fry Day, but this year, it should be. The breakfast chain recently launched Donut Fries, and on Friday, July 13, select locations will be handing them out for free to in-the-know customers.

The first 100 guests who show up at 25 participating Dunkin’ Donuts shops between 10am and 2pm on Friday will receive a free order of Donut Fries, the chain’s sweet interpretation of the classic potato snack. First introduced earlier this month, Donut Fries are made with a buttery croissant-like dough that’s rolled in cinnamon sugar and served warm — the perfect accompaniment for your morning coffee. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.
