One thing to appreciate about the limits of the Keto diet (i.e. very few carbs, very little sugar, no cry-eating Ben & Jerry’s while binge-watching This Is Us) is that it makes meal planning pretty easy. Since there are only so many Keto-friendly foods, you aren’t faced with an overwhelming number of choices at the grocery store. To help combat food fatigue, bring this easy-to-personalize shopping list next time you hit the supermarket. You can use what you buy to make the below four simple Keto meals, which, on the very bright side, require barely any cooking.

Cheesy Spinach Scramble With Bacon

  • butter
  • spinach
  • eggs
  • shredded cheese (optional)
  • bacon

Instructions: Heat butter in a skillet. Sauté spinach until cooked, add eggs, and scramble. When eggs are just set, add cheese if desired. Serve with bacon on the side, or crumble it on top.

Tuna Cucumber Salad With Spicy Mayo

Chicken Avocado Salad

  • fatty dressing, like olive oil or ranch
  • romaine lettuce or mixed greens
  • avocado

Instructions: Serve chicken and cucumber over greens. Top with dressing and avocado.

Protein With Sautéed Veggies
