How to Get a Workout for Just the Cost of a Handshake
We can tell you which moves are best to achieve a tight and perky booty and give you advice for the best calorie-busting workout, not to mention the home exercise equipment trainers love and even a workout that can cure your hangover (you’re welcome!). But sometimes there’s the need for something to push us a little further, which is why we know you’ll be psyched to find out how to score a full workout with a pro trainer for the mere cost of a handshake.
Starting yesterday and continuing until this Friday, January 20, Reebok is offering willing folks free workouts from top trainers in cities nationwide, and the only payment they want in return is a simple handshake. Part of their 2017 “Hands” campaign which focuses on the “bold message that our hands carry the hard work and stories of our entire life journey,” this is definitely an opportunity fitness-lovers (or those just looking for what could be a super-fun challenge) won’t want to miss.
“My hands are really the storyboard of my life,” said Reebok trainer Emily Skye. “They describe the person I was and the person that I am now. They’ve developed a toughness that only comes with hard work and persistence.”
She added, “They represent my journey in life; they are a journal of both my failures and my achievements; there isn’t another pair of hands in the world quite like mine. I’m looking forward to helping people improve their lives in 2017 and it starts with Reebok’s ‘Show of Hands’ movement.”
If you happen to live in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle or Miami, then you’re in luck. All you need to do is book a free personal training session (approx. $50 value) by using the Handstand app and selecting the Free Reebok Workout option.
Can we get a show of hands from anyone who’s willing to participate? We know there are plenty of you out there.
