How to Turn 2 Braids into the Must-Have Fall Hairstyle
On mornings when you’re looking for a pretty pause from your regular style, braids are a beautiful alternative. They’re easy — both on your hair and your time. And the best part about them is that they don’t have to be perfect to look awesome. Case in point: this gorgeous 3D braid. We imagine wearing it on those lazy mornings when we can’t stop hitting the snooze button. Scroll on for the easy steps to getting the look for yourself.
All you’ll need to get the look are three clear rubber bands, a few hair pins (just in case) and hair spray.
Step 1: 3D Braid Pigtail Braids
Part your hair in the middle and begin doing a 3D braid on each side of your head.
Braid from underneath in order to make your braid pop!
Once you finish with one side, do the other.
Your braids don’t have to be perfect. You’ll be making them prettier in a bit ;)
Step 2: Pancake Each Braid
Widen each braid to maximize fullness. This will help your final braided look appear glamorously full without much effort.
Step 3: Twist the Braids Together
Next, twist both braids in the back. The part in the back doesn’t have to be perfect. Twist once, and then twice…
And then a third time. You want to reach the end of your strands. Then tie both ends together with one rubber band. Ta-da!
