So far this year we’ve seen an uptick in gender-neutral baby names, vintage baby names and other super creative baby name trends. We’ve grown so accustomed to seeing celebs on the forefront of these baby name trends (at times, they get reeeeally original), it can be kind of surprising when they choose to follow tradition when choosing a moniker for their little one. That’s exactly what country singer Jessie James Decker and her hunky New York Jets wide receiver husband Eric Decker chose to do when they welcomed baby number two on September 3.

They named their little boy Eric Thomas Decker II. Yup, he’s a junior. The “Lights Down Low” singer posted this sweet father and son pic on her Instagram, writing in the caption: “I love this picture of my Erics having skin to skin time.” Awww…

Baby Eric joins 17-month-old big sis Vivianne Rose Decker and it looks like the fam already has big plans for him to follow his daddy in more ways than one. Jessie also posted this adorable pic of her son in a football onesie with a matching skullcap. She wrote, “We are so overwhelmed with love and feeling so blessed to have him join our family.”

Congratulations to the happy family!
