This “13 Reasons Why” Actress Just Listed Her Home for a Whopping $4 Mill
Kate Walsh may kick ass as a doctor on Private Practice or as the mother of Hannah Baker in 13 Reasons Why, but the actress also happens to be a real estate boss. Walsh has bought several homes, given them a celeb-worthy makeover, and popped them back on the market. This 4,000-square-foot Spanish-style mansion was her latest project, and now it’s on the market for over $4 million. According to Trulia, the house was built in 1950, but the interior is completely fresh and modern. Plus there are all the amenities you’d expect from a celeb abode: a media room, a home office, tennis courts, and a stunning kitchen that’s open to a cozy seating area.
Most of the house opens right up into the pool area, including the master bedroom. Outside, a heated swimming pool and entertainment areas are surrounded by tall trees and immaculate landscaping for a completely private oasis.
