Katy Perry’s Manchester Concert Dress Featured a Heartwarming Tribute
Last night marked Ariana Grande’s One Love benefit concert for the victims of the Manchester attack, and we’re still tearing up thinking about all the incredible moments that occurred — particularly the one involving the policeman who appeared to be playing ring-around-the-rosie with a group of young girls.
Singers including Miley Cyrus, Coldplay, and Liam Gallagher crooned for the crowd of 50,000+, but it was Katy Perry who had the most heartwarming fashion moment of the night.
From the moment she took the stage, there was no denying that the “Roar” singer, 32, was making a style statement: Her giant furry cream cape coat and white latex boots were pretty much impossible to ignore. Yet it was what lied underneath that had our full attention.
Though the “Swish Swish” singer’s white mini dress looked simple enough from the front, its back, collar, and sleeves revealed another story entirely— literally — with an inset of a photo of what appeared to be all 22 victims from the terror attack printed on the fabric.

The concert raised $2.6 million for the family members of those 22, to add to the $12.6 million total that’s been raised overall.
