Khloé Kardashian Just Shut Down People Criticizing Her Pregnancy Workouts
Getting tips from friends and family (or your trusted pals here at Brit + Co) can be hugely helpful when you’re expecting your first baby. What’s not necessarily helpful is the barrage of unwanted advice that new parents may receive from strangers. Khloé Kardashian knows this all too well.
Since she confirmed that she’s expecting her first child with Tristan Thompson, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has once again been updating her social media followers about her daily routine. This includes an intense workout she took on with her older sister Kourtney Kardashian.
While some fans applauded the 33-year-old for keeping up her fitness routine throughout the first six months of her pregnancy, others accused her of endangering her baby.
In response, the mom-to-be tweeted, “For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden 🤦🏼♀️ but MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended. Thanks kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing sh*t.”

She also included a link to a Fit Pregnancy and Baby article titled, “33 Reasons to Exercise Now,” which outlines the “benefits of exercising during pregnancy.” It seems that she has a handle on things and will be taking her advice from the experts.
