Mariah Carey Just Congratulated Nick Cannon on the Birth of His Son

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are pretty much #ExCouplesGoals. Not only do they co-parent their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, as a family, sharing adorable holiday dinners and even trick-or-treating together, but they genuinely care for one another as people and root each other on.

Cannon reportedly was there for Carey after her NYE disaster, for instance, and she for him when he was hospitalized with no less than five blood transfusions over the holidays.

Cannon welcomed a new son, Golden Sagon Cannon, yesterday with ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell, and once again, Carey was right there to wish the proud papa well. While she didn’t make any public shows of sentiment, posting an adorbs shot of herself and the twins (along with a feathery friend!) on a ski trip in Dubai to social media instead, a source reportedly toldE! that she did reach out to offer her congratulations.

“Mariah has been aware of the baby for awhile now and she congratulated him. They are on fine terms and continue to be good parents for their children.” Awwwww, how sweet!

Nick, for his part, relished in all his new blessings, raving about a double rainbow that just so happened to appear on the day of his new babe’s birth.

Kudos to these two for seeing the bigger picture and remaining more than civil for their children.
