Matthew Perry may have been absent at the last Friends reunion, but he was one of two castmates present for a mini version of one last night in London.

In town to film his own racing show, Top Gear, Matt LeBlanc went to see his “friend” *wink wink* Matthew (Perry) in his overseas playwriting debut (and no, it’s not part of the Friends musical), The End of Longing, in which Perry also starred.

The play follows “four lost souls entering their forties and searching for meaning,” with reviews saying it’s “slick as a Chandler one-liner” and “Friends for grown-ups” — sounds like something we’d totally be into. Matt/Joey, for one, is completely on board: Just check out the cute snap he posted with his longtime buddy — a far cry from these cast throwbacks.

“Went to see The End of Longing last night and ran into this dude,” Matt writes. “He and the cast were great. Way to go bro.”

Awwwww, our hearts can’t even take it! Joey and Chandler, together again? It’s too much! Now. If we could just wrangle up the other four… Might we suggest a few US dates, Matthew?
