  • chicken breast, roasted or bbq'd  ( 1 pound )
  • posole (Rancho Gordo is my favorite)  ( 2 cups )
  • medium onion, diced  ( 1 )
  • bunch of fresh oregano  ( 1 large )
  • chicken stock  ( 6 cups )
  • Napa cabbage, shredded  ( 1/2 head )
  • cloves of garlic, peeled  ( 3 or 4 )
  • lime, cut into wedges  ( 1 )
  • Salt to taste
