Stop Everything: Booze-Filled Donuts Are Officially a Thing
First coffee-filled donuts, and now this! Though we’ve been making drunkin’ donuts of our own for quite some time now (check out our recipe from 2014), it seems that our prayers have FINALLY been answered, as the rest of the world — or, at least, Habit Doughnut Dispensary in Colorado ― has finally caught on to our genius idea, and is now injecting its baked donuts with shots of alcohol.
That’s right! Marrying your two loves of booze and fried dough into one singular item, choices range from whiskey and rum to vodka and Baileys: There’s something for everyone!

Served with a syringe that it appears you can squeeze in yourself, you can add as little or as much alcohol as you choose, and, depending on how many you eat, you may even catch a donut-fueled buzz!
While similar shops have also popped up in Miami (AKA The Salty Donut), we’re gonna’ go ahead and say that these need to become a chain for all of us to enjoy, and stat.
Is this the food trend you’ve been waiting for? Tell us @BritandCo.
