Cool thing is, there are tons of other ways to release that negative energy, and we’re here to clue you in to what’s best for your personality — all based on your zodiac sign.
ARIES (MARCH 21 – APRIL 19)
Do a deep clean. There’s nothing that stresses you more than feeling a loss of control, which is why we suggest taking the power back by doing a deep clean of your home. Not only will you regain a sense of purpose, but your space will suddenly turn into that tranquil, calm haven you need so you can fully recharge after a full day of kicking ass.
TAURUS (APRIL 20 – MAY 20)
Bake all evening. Home is where the Taurus’s heart is, and there’s nothing that calms your frayed nerves like spending some QT in your cozy kitchen. Whether you’re whipping up your standby chocolate chip recipe or experimenting with a jam cake, connecting with your inner chef goddess is just what you need to take your mind off the day’s stress.
GEMINI (MAY 21 – JUNE 20)
Hit up the library. Learning something new is your happy place, Gemini, so why not check out some new books and mags at the library and re-engage your imagination after a particularly stressful stint? Take a bath. Water sign, meet bath time. When you get stressed, you tend to get moody and irritable, and a hot, quiet bath will do wonders to quell your negative nature.
