“Sweet Valley High” Twin Brittany Daniel Just Tied the Knot and We Couldn’t Be Happier for Her
Wedding season is in full swing! Brittany Daniel, AKA Sweet Valley High twin Jessica Wakefield, became the latest celeb to tie the knot yesterday when she married fiancé Adam Touni at LA’s rustic-chic Carondelet House following a whirlwind seven-month surprise engagement.
The couple shared their happy news in a statement to People, saying, “We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and affection shared by our friends and family on this special day. We are so grateful to have this kind of support as we start this journey together.”
Daniel’s on-and-off screen real-life twin, Cynthia Daniel Hauser, was, of course, one of 150 guests in attendance, serving as matron of honor. The guest list also included Daniel’s The Game co-stars, who gathered at the magical space in the heart of the city, which was decorated with coppers, light grays, and blush accents throughout the venue.
Daniel chose an off-white, off-the-shoulder Trish Peng gown with a mermaid train and floral-embroidered sheer overlay for the event, sweeping her hair back into an elegant updo.

Post-ceremony, guests noshed on a wedding buffet of steak and eggs, Maine lobster rolls, and quinoa spinach bites (YUM!) and got down to tunes from DJ Dom.
It’s an extra happy ending for the 41-year-old Daniel, who is a survivor of stage IV non-Hodgekin’s lymphoma, telling People back in 2016, “I want to let people know it is absolutely possible to get through something like this. I want people to know they are not alone.”
