This Noodle Cup Candle Is Everything You Never Knew You Needed
Anyone who has ever lived in a college dorm room is likely familiar with Cup Noodles — the Japanese, microwavable cup version of Ramen Noodles that got you through tougher times (AKA perpetual pauperdom).
Though you may have had your fill of the two-minute dinner, preferring more grown-up fare, you’ll likely still be amused by this home goods find bearing its name… and look… and possible scent.
While the jury’s still out about whether or not it actually smells like your favorite dorm room staple (YouTube user Gary Selga swears it does, debating on whether or not he wants his house to smell like Ramen, while Hello Giggles has a slightly different take), the CUPNOODLES Museum in Japan that we told you about back in November is hocking a Cup Noodle replica candle of the real thing.
Also available on Amazon ($31), the packaging of the candle is authentic enough to fool even the most die-hard of Ramen fans, with a peel-back top that mimics a real container.
What’s inside is perhaps even more impressive, with realistic-looking shrimp and veggie bits — the wick even looks like a noodle!
We don’t know about you, but we think we need one of these, if only for the sheer hilarity of it!
