11 Easy Hairstyles to Get Your Kids Out the Door Fast

Your alarm didn’t go off, you’re all out of coffee, your kiddo just spilled chocolate milk on their outfit, you still have to do something with her hair and you have to leave in five minutes. You got this. We’ve scoured the web for 11 hairstyles for your offspring that are quick, easy and guaranteed to save you a whole bunch of minutes. Who knows? You might even be early for a change.

1. The Double Twist: Straight or curly, long or short, wet or dry — this is one style that will work on any type of hair. Just twist back each section and secure with a pretty clip. The hair will stay out of your little one’s face, and if nap time makes it a little messy, it will only take a few seconds to fix. (via iVillage)

2. Twistback Flip Under: Take a regular ponytail to the next level with just a little flip of the wrist. The next time you’re running late, just remember this quick style, and at least one of you will leave looking totally adorable. (via Cute Girls Hairstyles)

3. Sock Bun: Make sure she stays on trend with the sock bun. Best done on textured or day-old hair, this trick is for those mornings when getting out the door on time seems almost impossible. Once your get the basic technique down, you can modify this look in any number of ways, like adding a small braid around the base of the bun. (via De Su Mama)

4. Dutch Braid: If you can French braid, you can Dutch braid. It might take a little practice to train yourself to add pieces under the middle section (instead of over) which sets the braid on top of the hair, giving it a 3D effect. Practice makes perfect, and once you get it right, this one will be in constant rotation. (via Abellas Braids)

5. Side Part Pigtails: Instead of the normal perfectly parted-down-the-middle pigtails, move the front part to the side and don’t worry if there are any bumps or fly-aways. This way, if she has a little extra fun during recess, you don’t have to worry about one side being messed up. She won’t want to wear pigtails forever, so you might as well have fun with it while you can. (via Lil Miss)

6. Hair Bow: It may look intimidating, but all you need is a hair tie and a few bobby pins to give your little monster a ‘do that will be the talk of the class. Don’t be surprised if the other parents want to know how you do it all. (via Small Fry Blog)

7. Twist Crown: Easier than braiding but still as impressive, anyone can master this twisted crown hairstyle. If your mini doesn’t have hair long enough to wrap all the way around, just twist both sections back, secure and leave the back out or in a quick messy bun. (via The Blue Closet)

8. Topsy Tail Pigtails: More pigtails! This time just twist each pigtail into a messy bun. Let your kiddo pick out which pair of bows to wear. (via Twist Me Pretty)

9. Side Banded Ponytail: This banded ponytail is the prefect match for field trips, running around outside or just a busy day of playing princess and admiring your long beautiful ponytail. Rapunzel, rapunzel…(via De Su Mama)

10. Bang Braid: Get those wispy little hairs out of her face. Use a wet comb on dry hair to make braiding a little easier. Not the best with braids? Practice on one of the dolls first! (via Heart and Habit)

11. Topknot: You’re probably already doing this to your own hair, so it should be a cinch to get it done as you’re running out the door. The best part about a topknot? The messier it is, the better it looks! (via Small Fry Blog)

Some kids grew up watching cartoons. I grew up watching TLC. There was nothing — and I mean nothing — like waking up on a Saturday morning, grabbing my favorite breakfast, and tuning in to watch dramatic wedding prep, family reunions, or, in the case of What Not To Wear, total makeovers. Every episode featured hosts Clinton Kelly and Stacy London giving a "style felon" — nominated by friends and family — $5,000 to completely rehaul their wardrobe.

When Clinton's 2017 book I Hate Everyone, Except You hinted that there was tension between him and his co-host, and then Stacy blocked him on Twitter, it seemed like their onscreen BFF relationship wasn't a reality. But on September 28, the TLC icons finally reunited publicly — and announced they're taking What Not To Wear on tour this fall.

See TLC's Stacy London, Clinton Kelly reunite live on TODAY

Making an appearance together on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna, Stacy London admits that being on What Not To Wear wasn't easy. "When you grow up a little bit — and we did grow up together on television — there was a lot of points of pride that I don’t think either of us were willing to cop to,” she says.

Clinton Kelly's book, which mentioned he "either adored [Stacy] or despised her, and never anything in between," created a painful, and very public, scenario. “I don’t think that what he wrote was unjustified,” Stacy also says. “What I was more upset about was, if it was public, then the audiences who thought we were best friends — some even thought we were married — then that illusion was broken.”

That quote from Clinton's book was continually used out of context and, over the pandemic, after seeing a clickbait title and deciding he'd had enough, he reached out to Stacy. “I was like, ‘Can we put this behind us? Let’s talk it out,’” he says. “And we had a really emotional conversation."

Now, in light of both their reconciliation and finally admitting how hard filming the show actually was, the duo is taking What Not To Wear on tour! The The Stacy & Clinton Show will tour ten cities in total (check out the dates and cities below) and the official site promises a good laugh, even more details about their falling out, and some seriously nostalgic reminiscing.

They'll talk about the feud, as well as give style advice for audience members who want to participate. But they'll also talk about forgiveness.

“If you don’t let go of it, the famous line is like it’s drinking poison expecting the other person to die," Stacy London says. "So do not hold on to grudges. Don’t do it. Find a way through.”

Other than having a massive range of tasty coffees and teas, Dunkin’ Donuts’ breakfast menu is stacked with food options. Like its competitor, the Dunkin’ Donuts’ breakfast menu includes breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and snacks. But what are the absolute best things to order from the Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast menu?

If you’re in a pinch for your morning meal, I got you. As a former barista and fast food aficionado whose taste-tested a vast amount of Dunkin’s offerings, I’m equipped to spill the beans on which foods from the Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast menu will satisfy and slay. Let’s get into it!

Wake-Up Wrap

The Wake-Up Wrap reigns supreme for me when it comes to the Dunkin' Donuts breakfast menu, TBH! It scores massive points for convenience, since you can eat it with just one hand. It's a killer road trip snack, or even a great morning commute meal if you're short on options at home.

Stuffed Bagel Minis

Oh my gosh, I could literally eat 20 of these stuffed bagel bites! As opposed to a traditional bagel (in which you'd have to smear on the cream cheese yourself), these convenient little guys are super easy to just pop in your mouth! The flavor is also impeccable and I think the balance between bread and cream cheese is expertly done.

Donuts

It wouldn't be the Dunkin' Donuts breakfast menu without donuts, of course! My favorite is definitely anything rainbow-sprinkled, but there are so many flavors and types of donuts to order, like: Churro, Cherry Blossom, Apple Crumb, Coconut, Glazed, Eclair, Buttermilk, Boston Creme, Chocolate, Cinnamon, and more!

Hash Browns

Dunkin's hash browns are heavenly, straight up. I love that they're shaped into bite-sized pieces for on-the-go enjoyment. They're even better when you stuff the Wake-Up Wrap with a few of 'em. 😉

Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich

Turkey sausage is so tasty, and I'd argue this sandwich from Dunkin' beats out the regular sausage one. The amount of cheese is just perfect, too.

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich

You really can't go wrong with a SEC sammie. I love that Dunkin' serves theirs on a croissant bun rather than your run-of-the-mill English muffin or biscuit. Slather some Sriracha on this bad boy, and you're set up for an amazing morning!

Muffins

The absolute best muffin on the Dunkin' Donuts breakfast menu is Blueberry, no questions asked. The muffins are also available to order in Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, Coffee Cake, and Corn. I love how they taste alongside an iced latte!

Egg & Cheese Sandwich

The Egg & Cheese is pretty basic, but I love that it's a convenient option for the vegetarians stopping by Dunkin'. I wouldn't order it myself (I like my breakfast a bit heartier), but it doesn't deviate too far from the rest of the breakfast sammie lineup on the Dunkin' Donuts breakfast menu!

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich

I want to like bacon, but I just don't. That's why I can't quite recommend this Dunkin' Donuts breakfast menu item. But, if you're big on bacon, you'll devour it in mere minutes.

Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich

I hate to say it, but the sourdough bread on this sammie has let me down many times. It's always come out quite hard, which makes getting a bite of the bread and the soft insides really difficult.

Snackin' Bacon

Again, I'm not a bacon stan. I'm sorry!

Bagels

I've never met a bagel I didn't like, and I think the Dunkin' bagels are decent for what they are. They're available in many different flavors: Cinnamon Raisin, Plain, Everything (my fave), Multigrain, Sesame Seed, and White Cheddar Twist.

Croissant

This plain croissant leaves much to be desired. I don't care for it too much since it's lacking in flavor and always seems enjoyably dry. I'd love to see Dunkin' add more croissant flavors to their menu!

English Muffin

The English muffin from Dunkin' is pretty much what you'd expect. It's not fancy in any way, but still a reliable form of sustenance, especially if you're looking for a breakfast menu option that's on the healthier side.

Munchkins Donut Holes

The smaller donuts, Munchkins, come in Butternut, Cinnamon, Glazed Blueberry, Glazed Old Fashioned, Jelly, and Powdered. I love the Glazed Old Fashioned and could probably eat an entire batch if I was feelin' crazy.

HBO Max renewedEuphoria for a third season back in 2022, but we sadly haven't seen any progress on the show in the way of filming. Though details surrounding the plot for Euphoria season 3 haven't been revealed, we are awaiting the TV show with excitement!

Euphoria has inspired our coolest makeup looks and on-point Halloween costumes, so we can’t wait to see what the next season of this neon-lighted, drama-filled story holds. Here’s what we know about season 3, thus far. Stay tuned for more updates!

Why is Euphoria season 3 delayed?

Eddy Chen / HBO

We've been waiting for Euphoria season 3 for almost two years, but (in addition to Zendaya being #BookedAndBlessed), there's a very good reason for the delay.

“[Sam Levinson is] a person who writes and rewrites and writes and rewrites again, because I think he's wrestling with what's important,” Colman Domingo tells GQ. “He's responding immediately to what the ills of the world are. I know that the one thing I can tell you is that he's very much interested in the existential question of who we are right now. Our souls. That's what he wants to figure out with season three.”

“HBO and Sam Levinson remain committed to making an exceptional third season,” HBO says in a statement to Deadlineabout the show's official, if temporary, pause. “In the interim, we are allowing our in-demand cast to pursue other opportunities.”

So much has happened in the real world since the end of Euphoria season 2 that could have an impact on the new installment, and I can't wait to see what that looks like!

When will Euphoria season 3 start filming?

Eddy Chen / HBO

Though a significant delay in the show has been reported, it seems like cast members are hoping to get the ball rolling on filming season 3 of Euphoria sooner rather than later.

In a March 2024 interview with Who What Wear, Sydney Sweeney said that the filming for the third season will start "relatively soon." There haven't been many details released on the actual plot for season 3, but Sweeney shared her excitement to return.

"It’s going to be very, very wild,” she said. And regarding the time gap between seasons 2 and 3, Sydney “actually [likes] it because there’s so much room for growth for both me as a person and also Cassie as a character."

On the other hand, according to an article published by Vanity Fair, another cast member (who wished to remain anonymous) said, “I just don’t think it will happen.”

The anonymous actor also shed some light on the show's delay.

“Since January of 2022, we have had a start date of March that turned into June, that turned into January,” they said. “And then they kept pushing every month from then on. It was two full years of HBO telling all the actors we were going back soon, so we couldn’t take some jobs.”

Now that Euphoria season 3 is officially on hiatus, the cast members aren't barred from taking further jobs, they said.

“Before last week I couldn’t take any TV jobs. Since they have put it on hiatus, I can now take any job. But what sucks is that we all had more momentum right when the show came out but now it’s been 2 years of waiting.”

When is the Euphoria season 3 release date?

Eddy Chen / HBO

We’re expecting the beloved show to return sometime in 2025. Luckily, fans are familiar with waiting a long time for new releases (remember that 2 ½-year wait for Euphoria season 2?), and hopefully the pent-up hype will be worth it when the show finally comes to streaming.

Will there be a time jump in Euphoria season 3?

Eddy Chen / HBO

Multiple stakeholders in the Euphoria-verse expressed their interest in seeing the characters out of high school.

When asked about season 3 in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Zendaya expressed her eagerness to see what post-East Highland will look like for the cast:

“I think it’ll be exciting to explore the characters out of high school,” said Zendaya. “I want to see what Rue looks like in her sobriety journey, how chaotic that might look. But also with all the characters, in the sense where they’re trying to figure out what to do with their lives when high school is over and what kind of people they want to be.”

Heidi Bivens, the HBO show’s costume designer, hinted further at a time jump between seasons 2 and 3 when talking with Vogue:

“There is talk of [season 3] being approximately five years in the future, and that they’re not in high school anymore. Dorothy’s not in Kansas anymore.”

Who's in the Euphoria season 3 cast?

Eddy Chen/HBO

And the cast list for Euphoria season 3? We know that Barbie Ferreira (Kat) won’t be returning for season 3, due to one too many instances of butting heads with the show’s creator, Sam Levinson.

At the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, Dominic Fike (who played Elliot in Euphoria season 2) told Variety that it “would be dope” to come back for Euphoria season 3, but that “I don’t really talk to them anymore.” And after Angus Cloud's (Fez) tragic passing, some fans were calling for HBO Max to cancel the series.

But when we finally do see the series again, it’s safe to say that we’ll see more of the main cast: Zendaya (Rue), Sydney Sweeney, (Cassie), Hunter Schafer (Jules), Alexa Demie (Maddy), Jacob Elordi (Nate), Maude Apatow (Lexi), and more – but who knows? The production team may surprise us with new additions, like they did with Dominic Fike’s Elliot.

What's going to happen in Euphoria season 3?

Eddy Chen / HBO

Season 2 of Euphoria left us with a lot to unpack: Rue’s (potential) sobriety, Lexi’s chaotic play, Fez and Ash’s shootings, Cal’s insane sexual spiral, and of course, the glorious girl fight between Maddy and Cassie. The third season has some loose ends to tie up, and we can’t wait to see how it’s done.

Sam Levinson tells EllethatEuphoria season 3 is more of a “film noir,” and that Rue's plot line will “explore what it means to be an individual with principles in a corrupt world.”

How many Euphoria seasons are there?

Eddy Chen / HBO

There are currently two seasons of Euphoria — both of which you can stream on HBO Max now.
