Why Everyone’s Freaking Out Over Emily Ratajkowski’s Floral Dress
It’s silky, satiny smooth. Its floral pattern is perfectly suited to the warmer season. Its spaghetti-straps and (super) low neckline are sizzling hot. Its matching choker is totally on-trend. It’s the perfect look for a sultry summer night out. These are among the reasons that peeps have fallen for Emily Ratajkowski’s latest (and perhaps greatest) dress. And while they love it, they’re also freaking out about it for an entirely different reason.
The model who might be best known for her appearance in Robin Thicke’s controversial “Blurred Lines” video shared the pic of herself in the gorgeous dress on Instagram. With her hair pulled back into an up-do and just enough makeup to make her summer skin shine, it’s no surprise peeps are drooling over the look. Perfect for an evening date or for the next wedding you’ll be attending, this is the ideal dressy summer go-to.
Adding a second image, this time a moving gif that shows Emily with her hair down and a bit more of the dress’ length, she added the simple caption, “Dress by @lpathelabel.” Thus sparking the freak out. Why? Because the label she tagged, LPA, doesn’t launch until August 11th… meaning the floral dress of our dreams is currently unattainable. *sob*
