Frankie Muniz Is Engaged to Longtime Girlfriend Paige Price and the Proposal Was So Romantic

Frankie Muniz is ready to say “I do”! The Dancing With the Stars: Juniors host and former Malcolm in the Middle star recently proposed to his longtime girlfriend Paige Price, and the bride-to-be shared a sweet message with her fiancé, whom she called the “master of proposals” on Instagram.

“When you’re a little girl, you dream of marrying the man of your dreams,” Price captioned a series of adorable pics of the couple celebrating the proposal. “You think of all these extravagant things from the way he asks you, to the dress you’re going to wear, to the music you’re going to dance to with your father. Sometimes, reality has a tendency to overstep your dreams and really surprise you.”

In Price’s photos, she and Muniz are pictured outside against a dark sky that’s filled with glowing paper lanterns. Muniz, it turns out, popped the question at the 2018 Lantern Festival, held at the Pinal Fairgrounds in Casa Grande, Arizona, on Sunday.

“Francisco Muniz IV, you’re more than a dream to me,” Price continued in her gushing Instagram post. “You teach me every day, you compliment me when I’m at my worst, and you push me past the edge but you’re there to pick me up when I start showing signs of falling. I love every piece of you, and I appreciate you more and more every single day. I truly cannot wait to be your wife.” She added that she “ugly cried so hard” that most of her photos couldn’t be posted.

The exciting news comes during a difficult time for Muniz. After attending his uncle’s funeral in France, the actor returned home late last week to discover that his home had been badly flooded because his cat had accidentally turned on a faucet.

“Everything I own, destroyed,” he wrote on Twitter. “Every wall, piece of artwork, personal photos, furniture. All because my cat accidentally turned on a sink a few days ago while we were gone.” Muniz found the strength he needed to get through the tough times in his now-fiancée. “Thank God I have @paigey_price to help me get through this,” he wrote. “I’d be lost without her. She’s so strong and exactly what I need.”

Congrats to the happy couple!
