BRIT + COCOPYRIGHT POLICY Since we respect artist and content owner rights, it is Brit Media’s policy to respond to alleged infringement notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify Brit Media’s copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

Counter Notification If you believe your own User Content has been removed from our Site as a result of mistake or misidentification under the DMCA Notice procedures above, you may submit a written Counter Notification to our Designated Agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3) ("Counter Notice"). To be an effective Counter Notice under the DMCA, your Counter Notice must include substantially the following: 1. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; 3. If you send us a valid, written Counter Notice meeting the requirements described above, we will restore your removed or disabled material, unless our Designated Agent first receives notice from the party filing the original Notice informing us that such party has filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material in question.
