Graham says via Instagram that every time she posts a workout video to social media, she receives messages telling her she 鈥渟houldn鈥檛 lose too much weight,鈥 or that she鈥檒l 鈥渘ever be skinny,鈥 so she should 鈥渟top trying.鈥 She flawlessly set the record straight, revealing that she works out for so many reasons, none of which have anything to do with losing weight.

She says, 鈥淛ust for the record 鈥 I workout to: stay healthy, feel good, get rid of jet lag, clear my head, show big girls we can move like the rest of 鈥檈m, stay flexible and strong, have more energy. I don鈥檛 workout to lose weight or my curves, because I love the skin I鈥檓 in.鈥

Graham, of course, is right. There are so many benefits to working out, and not everyone is trying to work out to lose weight or even change their bodies in any way. Plenty of people exercise because it feels good to move their body, gives them energy, and helps them stay strong and feel powerful.

Graham is all about embracing her perceived 鈥渇laws,鈥 showing off all of the things that make her unique, and that鈥檚 what we love about her. Haters, you can take a hike.
