Daphne, who is the daughter of famous TV doc Dr. Oz, and her husband met back in college (aww) and got married in 2010. They are already parents to a 20-month-old daughter named Philomena Bijou. Talk about creative baby names! They decided to go with something a little more traditional by naming their new little one Jovan Jovanovic, Jr. Yep, he鈥檚 a junior after his dad, who is Serbian.

Traditional names are definitely here to stay, and But the best part is that the family plans on calling him John John. That. Is. Adorable. The star first confirmed she was pregnant back in April and came up with a really clever name to reveal the baby鈥檚 gender. When her father was a guest on the show, Daphne announced that her father鈥檚 tie actually revealed the baby鈥檚 gender. The tie was, of course, blue.

Daphne has also revealed that the 鈥渓ittle baby is so sweet鈥 and the whole family is 鈥渋n love.鈥 Apparently, big sis Philo is especially enamored with her new baby brother and can鈥檛 stop giving the baby kisses. 鈥淏ut she鈥檚 20 months old so her kisses are verging on assault at this point,鈥 Daphne jokes, 鈥渟o we have to be careful.鈥

Congrats to the happy family of four!
