It鈥檚 officially the holiday season! We love this time of year 鈥 spending time with loved ones, decorating our homes, baking cookies. We also know that a lot of you are traveling this season to visit loved ones. Traveling is one of the most important times to take care of you and your health. That鈥檚 why we put together this equipment-free full body routine you can do anytime, anywhere. It sculpts your booty, arms, legs, and abs, plus it raises your heart rate and boosts your metabolism. It鈥檚 perfect to do in your hotel room or family home.

Go through three rounds of the moves below!

1. Sumo Squat Knee to Elbow

Sculpts your inner thighs, booty, and quads!

Begin standing with legs further than shoulder-width apart, feet at a 45-degree angle. Keep your hands behind your head. Slowly drop down into a squat, making sure your knees don鈥檛 go past your toes. Draw your belly button toward your spine to engage your core throughout the move. As you come up, bend one leg off the ground, bringing it to your elbow in a crunch motion. Return to a squat and switch legs.

Complete 15 reps on each side.

2. Burpee + Bikini Walkout

Boosts your metabolism and sculpts your abs, chest, and shoulders!

Start with your feet hip-width apart, standing tall. Jump forward, then lower your hands to the ground and hop your legs back into plank position. Lower your chest toward the ground and perform a pushup. Walk your hands to your feet, and stand up.

Complete as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.

3. Plank Booty Lifts

Tones your core, hamstrings, and booty!

Begin in a plank position, hands directly below shoulders and core engaged. Lift your right leg up in the air with a 90-degree bend in your leg. Pulse your leg up and back down.

Complete 15 reps on each side.

4. Toe Touch Crunch

Tones every part of your core!

Begin by laying on the ground with your legs extended up. Reach your right arm up to touch your left toe at center. Slowly lower back down.

Complete 15 reps on each side.

5. Superman to Pushup

Tones your triceps and chest and strengthens your back!

Begin in superman with your hands in front of your head. Bring your arms to your sides, palms down slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and core engaged. Extend your arms and raise your chest up into high plank position. Lower back down to superman.

Complete 15 reps.
