Meghan Markle appears to be picking up a few royal fashion tricks of the trade from her soon-to-be sister-in-law, Kate Middleton! The 36-year-old appeared with Prince Harry at an Invictus Games reception over the weekend in an ensemble that would no doubt make the Duchess of Cambridge quite proud, indeed.
While meeting with Australian and UK servicemen and women at the event, the bride-to-be was seen sporting a floral Self-Portrait floral midi cold-shoulder frock ($510) and black pumps topped off with a black Alexander McQueen Classic Suiting Jacket ($1,995). While her look was elegant, to be sure, it was also somewhat… familiar: Markle actually donned the very same blazer several months back while getting in on the reigning pantsuit trend for her first black-tie event with Prince Harry.
The sighting marks the first time we’ve seen the Suits actress rewear an outfit for a public appearance. It’s a commonplace practice for Middleton, however, who regularly recycles her outfits. In fact, the soon-to-be mother of three was spotted in a cream maternity coat she wore way back in 2015 on the set of Downton Abbey just last month.
