Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s upcoming season of The Bachelor already looks dramatic AF, obviously in large part due to the 29 ladies who will be living together while vying for his heart. And if this clip from the upcoming January 1 premiere is any indication, the women are bringing their A-game to the competition.
With season 22 of the series kicking off on New Year’s Day, we can’t wait to see how each bachelorette decides to make a first impression on the man who might be her future fiancé. Given past intros spanning everything from shark suits to tickle monsters, it’s hard to imagine anything surprising us anymore. But it’s still fun to watch.
And considering that Luyendyk Jr. qualified for the 2006 Indianapolis 500 and has also competed in the Indy Lights Series, one good way for the ladies to bond with him would be to appeal to the Bachelor’s love of racing.
And that’s exactly what contestant Brittany did. The tech recruiter from South Carolina set up a track outside Bachelor Mansion, complete with two mini race cars (seriously, TINY little things), and gave the man of the hour a challenge: If she won the race, she would get a kiss.
What do you think about this mini-racing introduction? Let us know @BritandCo!
