You might think that it takes a seriously grueling workout routine to get a bod like Jennifer Aniston’s. But it turns out that the the most beautiful woman in the world has a fitness regimen that’s not that scary at all — in fact, it seems totally do-able. And with the added motivation the A-list star gives, you’ll definitely want to check out how you can work out like Jen Aniston.
So what will it take? It turns out Jen’s workout is something most of us could totally tackle. Jen takes three spin-yoga classes a week, and when she isn’t spinning, she works out at home doing a range of weight training exercises. Lastly, her go-to quickie workout is to “spend fifteen minutes on the bike, fifteen on the elliptical.” That’s it, fit sistas.
But what if you really don’t feel like working out? Just do like Jen does: “Think of a wonderful pasta or Mexican meal that you want to have on the weekend and dangle that in front of you like a little carrot.” If that doesn’t work, she advises to just “bite the bullet and do it.”
