Jennifer Aniston’s Reaction to Being Named People’s Most Beautiful Woman Is Lovable AF
Jennifer Aniston may have already achieved ultimate sitcom fame with Friends, ongoing starring movie roles, Hollywood hair idol status and an absolutely adoring hubby, but now she has another honor to add to the list. People Magazine has just named Jennifer Aniston 2016’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman.
How did she react to the news? She was “very, very flattered,” she told People, which is a very classy reaction. However, Jennifer admits that she was in fact having a “very excited, teenage-y kind of moment.” You gotta love that!
But even the most beautiful woman on the planet, who inspired a generation of ladies to opt for “the Rachel” ‘do, wonders about totally changing it up. “If I knew I could instantly push it back. I’m very curious to see what I would look like with really short hair,” she told People. So will she be going for the coif challenge? Um, nope. “I’ll never do it. Never. I’m a long hair girl. It’s like a security blanket, ” she says. Maybe a short-haired wig just to try it out? We’ll have to wait and see.
Long hair or short, Jennifer is more focused on her definition of beauty, which is basically living her best life. “Inner confidence. Peace. Kindness. Honesty. A life well-lived.” And the way to do that is to take “on challenges and not feeling shame for things that haven’t gone the way you felt they should have. And not feeling like a failure or allowing people to critique your life and make you feel like you’ve failed at something. That’s just toxic noise.” We hear ya, Jen! Beautiful words from a beautiful lady.
