Well, if this isn’t a Christmas-in-July miracle we’re not sure what is. It feels like we’ve been waiting to catch a glimpse of Melissa’s line for almost almost eight months now — oh wait, that’s because we have. The Bridesmaids star first announced that she planned to dip her toe in the fashion world back in December, but has remained relatively mum about her project since then — with the exception of that sneak peak she gave us during the NYC premiere of Spy. But now, we have not just a sneak peek, but basically a full lineup of the looks from the inaugural collection.

Yesterday Vogue released three images with Melissa (and some gorgeous models) that show off 10 different looks from her upcoming line, Seven7. She tells the fashion mag, “I just wanted to do a basic closet that I couldn’t find.” And in a nutshell, that seems like a perfect way to describe the line. You’ll find lots of prints, but also a whole bunch of staples like laid-back cardigans, crisp button-downs and sleek trousers. For the most part, everything appears to fit in a cohesive color scheme, so all the pieces can be mixed and matched.

The photos Vogue released definitely show off how amazing the pieces can look on curvy girls, but this isn’t just a plus-size line. Seven7 will be available in sizes four to 28.

And the best part? It’s actually affordable (something that seems to be missing from certain aspects of Ellen’s recently launched label). Everything from the dresses to the tailored separates fall under the $150 mark.

If you’re wary about yet another celebrity fashion line, don’t get the idea that all Melissa did was sign her name. The 44-year-old actress tells Vogue she originally moved to NYC with Brian Atwood (you know, the famous shoe designer) and actually has a background in clothing and textiles. She even attended well-know fashion school FIT before Atwood convinced her to try her hand at comedy.

The line officially launches September 1, but McCarthy is headed to HSN on August 13 to introduce the world to Seven7. If you mysteriously fall ill that day and simply have to say home to rest (cough cough, watch HSN), we won’t tell if you don’t.
