We always want to provide the very best for our kids. When they hurt themselves, it’s like you’ve been hurt too, so it must be absolutely devastating when a parent receives news about their child having a major illness. While most folks are dealing with child care or back-to-school blues, singer Michael Bublé and his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, have announced today that their three-year-old son, Noah, has been diagnosed with cancer.
In a heart-breaking post, the singer confirms his eldest son’s diagnosis, asking for privacy and respect while simultaneously announcing that he and his wife will be putting their careers on hold in order to devote their attention to helping the toddler get well.
With the holidays approaching and a new album coming on the way, we’re sure that this diagnosis couldn’t have come at a worse time for the crooner. Bublé has been very vocal about how much his life has changed since having kids and how becoming a parent has newly defined who he is.
We hope that the Bublé family gets all the support and privacy they need in the coming months, as the road ahead is surely uphill.
