1.聽Separate the flour, egg (beaten), and breadcrumbs into three different plate stations.

2. Take a single chicken tender and cover it in the flour,聽egg, and breadcrumb 鈥 in that order.

3. Place the tender on top of a foiled cookie sheet and then repeat the process with the rest of the chicken tenders.

4. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping the tenders halfway through.

5. While the chicken tenders are cooking, add the Dijon mustard and honey into a small bowl. Microwave for one minute and then whisk the two ingredients together.

6. When the chicken is done, take it out of the oven and let cool.

7. Slice down the middle of the bread, open it up, and line one side with three chicken tenders.

8. Next, add provolone cheese, the sauce, tomato, and kale.
