1. Cauliflower: This is our new favorite — it will transform your smoothies. Cauliflower gives smoothies an amazing creamy texture, similar to bananas. And you can’t even taste it! Most grocery stores offer pre-riced cauliflower in the frozen aisle, which is super simple, but you can use fresh cauliflower too.
