Chrissy Teigen Just Bought a Grilled Cheese Truck for Her Entire Production Crew
Let’s face it: Chrissy Teigen is basically genius. Not only does she have the perfect comeback for all those John Legend Arthur fans and a super smart way to cover skin imperfections, but she also knows just what to do in a noshing emergency.
As Jim Sias, a director of PR for Diageo clued us in, the ever-hilarious Teigen was right on top of things when members of a production crew got hungry while working on a shoot with the star.

The cookbook author sprang into action to order up — get this! — a private The Grilled Cheese food truck for the entire lot.
Workers were able to choose between a Plain & Simple (a good ‘ole American cheese on French bread), a Cheesy Mac and Rib Melt (sharp cheddar cheese with Southern style mac and cheese, smoked BBQ pork, and caramelized onions, and a Mom’s Melt With Turkey (sharp cheddar cheese, smoked turkey, and sliced tomatoes): YUM. For dessert, there was even the delicious-sounding S’more Melt (wut!) of toasted marshmallows, crumbled graham crackers and Nutella (mmm!) on brioche.
If you’ll recall, Teigen just so happens to have a rather special relationship with the food truck company —back in 2015, she teamed up with TV host Lauren Makk to take over for a day in an on-air segment of FABLife, giving away free grilled cheeses for a segment called “Random Acts of Fab.”
The segment, which also honors vets, sees her quizzing grilled-cheese lovers on their veteran knowledge in exchange for slices of extra cheese and belting out the “Star Spangled Banner” at the top of her lungs.
It’s official: She’s a woman after our own hearts.
