This Harry Potter Eyeshadow Palette Will Sell Out Within Minutes
Everyone, stop what you’re doing. We’ve just been blessed with a pre-Christmas miracle. The folks who brought you Harry Potter makeup brushes have now also anointed us with an HP eyeshadow palette.
A hypothetical rendering of a Harry Potter eyeshadow palette emerged on Reddit back in October, after the Harry Potter brushes blew up. But unfortunately, it was just a mock-up of what might one day be real products. Storybook Cosmetics (an indie makeup brand working to turn a bunch of your fave movies and books into beauty products) took that idea and ran with it. And now they’ve just unveiled an actual Harry Potter eyeshadow palette that you’ll soon be able to buy.
The palette will be called “Witchcraft & Wizardry.” Each of its 12 different shades have been given magical names inspired by the series. There’s a deep green perfect for all you Gryffindor wannabes out there and a dramatic “cauldron” shade ideal for mastering a smokey eye. While the palette’s color scheme is very on-brand for the books, it’s also incredibly versatile for everyday wear. The Naked palette might have to duel for the title of best eyeshadow palette after this is released.

Storybook Cosmetics has yet to reveal exactly when the palette will go on sale, but they have noted that it will be available in the next few weeks. This is 1,000 percent a product that’s going to sell out within minutes. If you want to be sure to gift this to yourself this holiday season (because c’mon, let’s be real), they recommend signing up for email updates here, turning on Instagram notifications on your phone for their account so you can be the first to know an exact date.
